Hotels can be reserved via our website up to 1 month before each conference.
NOTE: Payment will be taken in full at the time of booking your hotel rooms via our website
Please note cancellations may be made up to 4 weeks prior to the event date although an administration fee of 20% will apply. During the 6 week period prior to the event no refunds will be made.
