We hope that the below information will help you prepare for Cherish Conference in the Leeds Arena as well as possible. If you can’t find the information you were looking for, don’t hesitate to contact us!
Q. Can I attend the evenings only?
In order to attend evening celebrations you must be a full or day delegate. Day delegate tickets will only become available if space is left towards the end of the booking period.
Q. What if I need to cancel my booking?
All cancellations must be made before the 1st of February and are subject to a £15 administration charge for each delegate. No refunds will be made after this date. You can transfer your ticket to a friend, or to the following year (provided the ticket is not already transferred) by emailing us before the end of March.
Q. What do I need to bring with me?
You must bring your ticket with you when you arrive at the conference for your entry in, and be wearing this every time you enter the arena.
Q. Is there food on-site?
There will be a variety of food options available to purchase on-site, and there are lots of shops, cafe’s and restaurants close by in Leeds City Centre.
Q. Can I bring my infant?
A Parenting Room will be available on-site for parents of young babies. Parents are responsible for supervising their children throughout the conference.
Q. What age is cherish for?
This conference is for all ages, from teenager to grandma. Unfortunately we do not provide childcare, so younger children are not catered for.
Q. Is there parking?
There are over 7,500 car parking spaces within a 15 minute walk of the arena. There are two official arena car parks; the Merrion Centre Car Park, located on Merrion Way, and the Woodhouse Lane Car Park, located on Woodhouse Lane. Both car parks are open 24 hours a day, and offer discount rates on event days.
Q. Is there wheelchair access or elderly assistance?

Q. Will there be someone signing for the deaf?
